Menu Plan Monday – Week of March 30

Last week got a little crazy with Pumpkin getting sick so we didn’t have most of the meals that I planned. As a result our meal plan this week looks a lot like last week.

  • Sunday: Leftovers
  • Monday: Hot Dogs and Mac and Cheese
  • Tuesday: Pork Chops (still looking for a recipe)
  • Wednesday: Buttermilk Pancakes
  • Thursday: Chicken Melt Sandwiches
  • Friday: Chicken Salad Wraps
  • Saturday: Leftovers

I’m still looking for a recipe for the pork chops on Tuesday night. I normally make rosemary pork chops, but I’m out of rosemary. Next time I’m at the store I’ll have to pick some up. That doesn’t help with Tuesday’s dinner though. So if you have a good pork chop recipe you would like to share, please let me know and post a link to it if possible.

For the chicken melt sandwiches on Thursday I am going to try to imitate a delicious chicken sandwich I get from a restaurant near work. It’s a grilled chicken breast with ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard on a kaiser roll. Last time the honey mustard I tried was all wrong, but I have a new one and I am ready to try again. I love this sandwich so much, I would love to duplicate it. (I didn’t get to this last week)

  1. Buttermilk pancakes, ,my oldest daughter and I would love Breakfast for dinner, but my youngest doesn’t like breakfast foods for breakfast, much less dinner.

  2. Me again go here for a pork chop recipe I saw. Haven’t had a chance to make it yet. Maybe you could and let me know who it is.
