It seems like once again we didn’t get to a lot of the meals that I had planned for last week. O also want to start working in some new recipes. I’m forever finding new recipes that I want to try and never getting around to trying them. That’s very bad of me and something that I really do want to work on.
For this week I’m also trying something new for tracking my meal plan. I’ve input all the scheduled meals into my calendar and have it set to email me a reminder the night before and do a pop up reminder on my phone the morning of. This way I will hopefully remember to pull anything I need from the freezer and I can make sure that I have everything ready to go for dinner when I get home for work. We’ll have to see how well it works. I’ll let you guys know next week.

- Tuesday – Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
- Wednesday – Tacos
- Thursday – Cheese Quesadillas
- Friday – Spaghetti
- Saturday – Pancakes and Bacon
- Sunday – Hamburgers
